I am a Jesus loving, fragrance lover, and dog mom!
It is amazing how a $49 join kit completely changed my world. I joined Scentsy 6 years ago while I was in college. I was working at Sweet Frog so I could make some extra money, but I was working more and more. I didn't get to make time for hobbies or things I enjoyed. I was literally obsessed with our Luna wax so I thought, "Hey, why not join and get paid off of what I am already buying?!". Who would have thought that it would have given me so much joy years later.
What started as a hobby turned into so much more. It has given me financial stability and is setting me up for future success. I am so thankful that as a 27 year old, I do not have to worry about financial struggles! It has given me a community of inspiring women to inspire me to reach my dreams. It has given me some of the most amazing friendships through my team and my customers. It has given me a passion to help others and see the best in themselves. It has given me the opportunity to travel to places I would have never been. And it has given me all the wax my heart could ever want (and let's be real, who doesn't love wax??)
Since I've joined this amazing journey, I've learned so much about myself. It's made me more confident (I used to be much more of an introvert and I now LOVE talking to people). It has given me a way to love on others and be a light that this world so desperately needs. Scentsy has turned me into a leader and has given me the ability to show people that they can dream! I am so thankful God opened this door and for my leap of faith!
My team's name is Illuminate. In Matthew 5, it says that God is the light of the world. "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." In this crazy world, I want Scentsy to be the positive thing in someone's life. I want our team to be uplifting and I want to point others to Jesus. My true joy comes from Him. I am blessed with the opportunity to come in contact with so many people through Scentsy, and I want to use it as a way to be a light that someone needs. You can change your circumstances and change your life!
